EcoPools aquatic and landscape designers use an abundant pallet of flowering, non-flowering and scented plants that include over 75 species of indigenous and exotic wetland varieties. Our planting plans aim to help create unique ecosystems that work hand-in-hand with the ecology of their proposed geographical location. Plant species are selected according to their natural habitat, project requirements and/ or the kinds of particulates they are capable of filtering from water.
Within our planting plans we try to elect species according to their shape, form, habitat, scent, feel, spread and medicinal values. Designs range from minimal maintenance schemes through to complex and detailed proposals for more educational projects. We propagate a growing number of plants in our own production facilities, carefully selecting those that we do not stock from reliable and sustainable sources.
